I’m Vice President of Design at RAPP, leading a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of twenty. With a career spanning 26 years, I’ve had the opportunity to shape the creative direction for renowned brands such as American Express, The BBC, British Airways, Dishoom, IBM, IKEA, KFC, Mercedes-Benz, Pantone, Ralph Lauren and Virgin Media O2. Along the way, my work has been recognised with over 100 creative awards from prestigious institutions including D&AD, Cannes Lions, Creative Circle, and the DMA.
My mission is to champion initiatives and foster conversations that highlight the transformative power of design in business. As I’ve progressed through the ranks, I’ve embraced the responsibility to cultivate and empower underrepresented talent, mentoring them to become the next generation of creative leaders.
